Projects
I’m pleased to share a selection of community, education, and public-engagement projects that extend my work beyond individual counselling. These include the UNDA Addiction Symposia, the RESONATE Youth Program, and an exercise and wellbeing collaboration with Spring into Fitness. Additionally, my Instagram platform offers a range of well-being tips and insights into mental health.
2026 UNDA Addiction Symposium
(2026 - current)
I host the UNDA Addiction Symposia, an annual public event series launched in 2026. The symposia bring together clinicians, researchers, educators, students, industry professionals, and members of the community for open, interdisciplinary conversations about addiction.
The series aims to help shift the culture surrounding addiction away from blame, shame, and overly simple explanations. Each event explores a contemporary issue connected with compulsive substance use or behavioural patterns, including emerging concerns such as compulsive social media use.
Through evidence-informed discussion and respectful debate, the symposia encourage more thoughtful, compassionate, and effective ways of understanding addiction and responding to the people, families, and communities affected by it.

RESONATE
Youth Program
(2024 - current)
The RESONATE Youth Program, funded by the City of Fremantle Youth Grant 2024, is an eight-week group therapy program delivered in partnership between Mark Holdsworth, Palmerston Association, and the City of Fremantle.
RESONATE integrates music with professional support to promote wellbeing, connection, and personal growth among young people. The program has been delivered across two local secondary schools, with encouraging participant and stakeholder feedback.
If your school is interested in hosting the program, please contact me through the contact form.
Social Media Series:
Exercise & Mental Wellbeing
(2024 - current)
In 2024, I collaborated with Spring into Fitness on an information series exploring the relationship between exercise and mental wellbeing. The series translates research on movement, mood, stress, anxiety, and depression into accessible information for the community.
