  • How long does therapy take? The duration of therapy varies depending on individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from short-term counselling focused on specific issues, while others may require longer-term therapy for more complex concerns.

  • Is therapy confidential? Yes, therapy sessions are confidential, meaning that what you discuss with me is private and protected by law. However, there are some exceptions to confidentiality, such as if there's an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.

  • Do I need a referral from a doctor? Referrals are not required. Please reach out directly via contact form, phone, or email.
