Individual Counselling

$160 | 55 minutes | Phone or video

Short- or longer-term counselling addressing emotional, behavioural, relational or personal concerns. Sessions are collaborative and shaped around your circumstances, goals and preferred pace.

Payment Options

Payment can be made in one of two ways:

• Card payment: The session fee will be charged to your nominated debit or credit card through Halaxy.

• Bank transfer: A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance payable within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session fee. For bank-transfer payments, the deposit will be retained. For card payments, the cancellation fee will be charged to the nominated card.

• When more than 24 hours’ notice is provided, a bank-transfer deposit can be applied to a future booking.

• If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance and do not intend to rebook, the deposit will be fully refunded within three working days of receiving written confirmation of the cancellation.
