Payment Policy:

• Upon booking, a 50% deposit of the service fee is required, with the remaining balance due within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

• Payments are to be made via direct bank transfer.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• The deposit can be applied to a future booking if the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance and have no future bookings planned, the deposit will be fully refunded within 3 working days upon receipt of written cancellation confirmation.

 

Refund Policy:

• I adhere to industry standards and do not offer refunds for services rendered.

• I provide a complimentary welcome call (15 minutes) to ensure my services meet your needs and expectations.
